Thermal Imaging is included in all inspections
Within 24 hours of booking an inspection, we will send a digital copy of the pre-inspection agreement and invoice. The pre-inspection agreement must be signed and returned to us before the inspection. Payment options are credit card, e-transfer and debit. The invoice is to be paid prior to the start of inspection as well.
Mobile Home Inspection
$ 350 plus GST
Mobile home inspections are done the same as a house home inspection, except for mobile homes have a few unique features like skirting, and insulation below. These features will be included in the home inspection and covered in the digital report. Mobile homes are smaller in size resulting in a shorter inspection time.

$ 425 plus GST
Non-invasive visual inspection of a homes structure and major compents with a digital report provided within 24 hours.
Estimated inspection time - 3 to 4 hours
Inspection 2,000 sq ft and over
$ 500 plus GST
Non-invasive visual inspection of a homes structure and major compents with a digital report provided within 24 hours. Extra time required to properly cover everything in larger dwelling.
Estimated inspection time - 4 to 5 hours
